this exception is at line of Ignition.start() Please tell me if their is any changes need to made in any file or method for running the program.

You should import ignite-spring maven module onto your classpath, as described here: Common Maven Dependencies.

If starting from command line, you should also make sure that ignite-spring module is in the libs folder.
