For Ignite data grid, is replication and partition mutually exclusive? Meaning I cant have the data sharded as well as replicated? Thanks.

Re: Replication Vs Partition

REPLICATED or PARTITIONED modes are defined at cache level. You can have many caches in Ignite co-existing. Some caches may be REPLICATED and other caches may be PARTITIONED.

Ignite supports cross-cache queries and cross-cache transactions.

More on this in Cache Modes section of the documentation.
